Illegal immigrant accused of raping and killing a baby girl
The Albuquerque Police said they arrested an illegal alien on charges of sexual assault and murdering his girlfriend’s one-month-old baby girl. Authorities found the baby in a pool of her own blood with visible vaginal and anal tears along with two black eyes.
The suspect, Juan Galindo’s criminal record includes drug and alcohol abuse as well as assaulting another child. Galindo was charged over the weekend with aggravated criminal sexual penetration and child abuse resulting in death- his bail was set at $1 million.
“It’s extremely hard on the detectives and everybody who, the initial deputies who attempted to do CPR on the baby, the family members who attempted to do CPR on the baby,” Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Lt. Justin Dunlap said. “It’s extremely difficult.”
The Medical Examiner performed a preliminary autopsy on the dead baby and discovered she suffered previous rib fractures and brain bleed injuries.
Officials also said that Galindo used numerous aliases and birth dates while residing illegally in New Mexico and was deported in August of last year.
According to detectives, this wasn’t the first time Galindo had problems with the law.
“He has been arrested for a case involving child abuse before in Texas, I believe in 1993, for [some sort] of DWI related incident,” Lt. Dunlap concluded.
Galindo has at least six kids with a variety of women.

UPDATE: New Mexico rancher Larry Link murdered by illegal alien
New details are emerging about the murder of a New Mexico rancher, Larry Link, 68, who was killed yesterday on his property.
Link’s ranch/ghost town is located approximately 47 miles from the U.S./Mexico border, and he moved to Stein, New Mexico to get away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix.
“My uncle was a good man who deserved better,” Bill Link said.
Reacting to the murder, Los Cruces, New Mexico resident, Tammy Hopkins said the government continues to tell the American public, “We have no problem. I give one of them one night alone on my property, and they would damn sure change their minds!”
As word spread yesterday about Link’s murder, groups from around the country shared their thoughts about the senseless crime and porous borders.
“NCFIRE extends our condolences to you and your family. All of our states are saturated with illegal alien crime – murders. So many U.S. families are suffering unnecessarily. In order to not allow these loved ones to die in vain, it is imperative that we take action to change legislation and participate in protecting the border… This must end and only we can force this to happen.”
Hidalgo County Commissioner Ed Kerr told the Los Cruces Sun-News there has been recent illegal immigrant and drug activity near Link’s property.
“Last summer in August, I found five bundles of marijuana on my ranch land about 50 feet from the freeway. That can’t be more than eight or 10 miles from Larry’s,” he told the Los Cruces Sun-News. “They were scattered about. One was under the billboard, one was beside the fence. Illegals with empty backpacks had dropped their load. I-10 is, obviously, a connecting point. We’re getting a lot of traffic, more than what we’ve seen in the past couple of years. They have ultra-light planes flying out of Mexico and dropping off bundles and then illegals walking and picking them up.”

New Mexico State Police, who are investigating this case, haven’t released any new information regarding the Link murder.
Link celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary last year, and he is survived by children and grandchildren.

BREAKING: New Mexico rancher Larry Link murdered by illegal alien
Hidalgo County Sheriff Department has confirmed that New Mexico rancher, Larry Link, was murdered earlier today on his property.
Sources are reporting that the rancher was responding to an alleged- illegal alien on his property at Stein’s Ghost Town when the he was gunned-down. The murder took place on the southwest side of the state near the Arizona border on Interstate 10 at mile marker three.
The Hidalgo Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene, only to find the rancher had already died.

A Sheriff Department spokesperson said the investigation has been turned over to the New Mexico State Police, who are not releasing any further details.
